2020
I returned to the consulting field, with a richer professional toolbox, with deeper insights and vision of the challenges facing an organizations, and with a desire to continue connecting with interesting people and projects!
2014-2019
Training and organizational development manager at ZIM, the Israeli-global shipping company. During these years, I was privileged to establish a team and, together with it, lead a broad range of activities across the field, for the company's 4,000 employees. Global executive development programs, an intensive transition to blended learning solutions, assessment processes, global employee retention projects, onboarding of new employees, and much more, including institutionalization and responsibility for the field of internal organizational communications.
2005-2014
Consultancy work, as part of several consulting groups (Circles and People, Bhat) and then as a freelancer. For two years during this period I also managed Niram Gitan's development center, and was involved in a very wide variety of projects in the field of consulting and learning, in diverse industries (banking and insurance, retail and services, high-tech, manufacturing and factories, public sector). In recent years a global consultant , collaborating with international consulting firms, and leading inspiring projects for large multinational companies such as Toyota.
1997-2005
8 years of military service, in a variety of command and training roles. In my last role, I was the chief instructor of Havat Hashomer. During these years, I acquired the basics of the training and learning profession, developing people and abilities.
